About “Scenarios and Strategy”

The author, Lawrence Wilkinson, is a scenarist and strategic planner who has worked for over 25 years with corporations, NGOs, and governments around the world, and who has helped start and grow a number of successful companies. He was a co-founder and long-time President of Global Business Network (GBN), a pioneer of scenario planning, now one of the most widely-used strategic planning approaches in the world. Lawrence remains “of counsel” to GBN.
For the last several years he has circulated an occasional email newsletter to friends and to clients who requested it. This blog is a continuation of that communication. (There’s no plan as yet to try to upload historical pieces.)
